Message From The CEO

As a keen Dubai Real Estate investor during the early days when the freehold market started in 2003, I was able to envisage the Dubai Real Estate cycle from both the position of an investor as well as from a professional’s perspective. Starting my career in AQUA Properties as a Chief Operating Oficer and progressing together with the company, I am proud to see what we have accomplished.

My goal today, like always, is to continue to be a proactive CEO interacting regularly, not only with government departments but also and more importantly, with my management team and their team members. It is imperative to provide the team with the latest tools and resources required to provide our clients with the highest levels of service and maintain up-to-date quality standards.

AQUA Properties is focused on investing in research & development and places a lot of emphasis on professional marketing in an industry where differentiation is the key. Having aligned myself with the people of the highest calibre, I know we can make the clients’ buying, selling and investing experience seamless, ensuring transactions are highly transparent.
